Day #6

Filmed down shunji singing 'pra yesu kao jai'. In the 'sawadeeHA' voice. But youtube suddenly sot diao. =( Will post it up when youtube gets better.

Today the 6 groups which had originally split up into half, combined. We went to a college to teach the students english. We were supposed to train them for a test. We had to ask them their name, age, hobbies, number of family members, and sibling's name.

I had to draw in order to make the one I was tutoring understand. Towards the end, we preached the gospel. Talked about sin. The girl next to me didnt accept Christ. Nevermind, hope her classmates who did will tell her about Jesus as they get to know more about Him.

The girls there liked zhiwei! They were 18, he's 19. To scare them off, he showed them his passport photo. That did not really work, so he whipped out his cellphone and showed them the picture he took with a kid during the rally. "My son" He told them -.-Zhiwei has 4-5 illegitimate sons.
Day #7

Shared my testimony at the school that morning. After it ended, realised at my hands were super cold. Later many people told me I wasnt loud enough -.-

We went to the mekong river, home of the 'nagas'. Prayer walked, then went to this temple with a huge statue of buddha at the top. Then somebody informed me that people created buddha out of man and woman. Sawadeeha indeed.

Took group photo of the gb and bb people present. Right in front mekong river. Cool.

Then we went to a carnival, which was held for the king. There were fireworks! The lake next to it was pretty.

Postcard quality again. Muahahaha. You can put it on you desktop. Comes out pretty clear.

We prayerwalked. Then pulled people into our booth. Saw many
transvestites =X was scary at first la.

We went back to church for dinner.

David wants to beat you up.

Day #8

Arrived at maxx hotel. Went to MBK. Walked around till my legs

ached. Ate some steamboat thingy for dinner.

Day #9

Last day. David

misplaced his passport. Thank God it was found la.But he's really very brave. If i'd lost my passport at that time, confirm will cry de. I mean, everybody else has checked out of the hotel. And you cant find your passport.

Act suave only la.

So the previous post was crap la. Photos that did not fit in. Other than Alvin's .
1st day
Airport. Yingying and liying sent me off.
Took lots of photos. About a quarter of the photos taken were at the airport.

Was supposed to sit next to yaode on the plane. But I switched with david and sat next to hilary. Behind Alvin,in front of Weekiat.

Weekiat's ice cream. Looks good? I made part of it ok!

8 hours from bangkok to udon thani. Kept kicking zhiwei who was infront of me on the coach. Sorryyy. It wasnt intentional =(

2nd day.
Stopped over to the church to collect our brunch.

We went to a school. Did we? David was the superstar. Didnt bother taking photos. Saw somebody that looks like YK. Told you he looked like a thai! Later somebody kill me =X

We went to some park later on, and had our first rally there. Very little people turned up. Less than 10 salvations la. I think none, in fact.

This is the number of people who turned up. Excluding the performers, including other YI people.

Saw the nongnongs there. They were very contented with their playground made of aluminum. Yes changyen. Nongnong means child. Or children la. So when I told you nongnong martini today, it meant. Come child. Children. Whatever.

Went back to or hotel. Turned on nick. Watched catdog to kill time -.-

Third day

Went to another school again.

Do not do this at home.

Good deeds versus salvations. By yaode's group.

On the way to the market place for tract bombing, shun ji and I tried to take photos of each other.

Then we went to a village. My favorite. The people there were so friendly. The air was cooling.

And as for zhiwei and david, their fatherly instincts awoke.

Small part of the crowd that turned up. Nongnongs were all seated in front.

4th day

Did not bring my camera.

Went to some village. There was a huge temple right smacked in the middle. When you go in the room next to the temple, which stored religious items, you will feel oppressed de lor. Immediately.

Zhiwei/Stephen suggested that we walked around the temple 7 times. Like what happened in the old testament. Then I noticed that the walls started to slant outwards. Wow! Quite alot of salvations. We were surprised that people even turned up for the night rally.

5th day.

Went to church. NONG NONG MINISTRY!!! x)

Joys with the nong nong she was taking care of.

Tuition in 30 minutes time. And I stink. You see la. Once I came home from drill jiu start blogging liao. Sweetness overload.

Do we look alike? Phi Eoy(translator) , liying and zhiwei himself said so.

Got 1 new kor, and 1 more 'jie' liao. So zhenlin jie is no longer alone.

Trailer. For there's drill tomorrow, and I cant wear my GB mufti. Its in the laundry =(

On the last day, duck and ducky went to burger king.

Then duck pushed ducky away to get the food.

He drinks french fries leh.

Then they were kidnapped by David.

Then they saw Alvin the sawadeeHA.

Third week of fund raising, and we hit our 30k target with 700 to spare. Wees!

The thought of setting off so soon is kinda unreal. Wow. I have to bring my GB mufti to the mission field. Growls.

What happened today

Jacelyn turned up x)
Got my MT shirt. PRETTY. And I thought it would be small for me, turns out it was kinda ok.
We(Jacelyn, liying, joys and i) thought that Alex was talking to Alex number 2 and 3, and they were coaxing him out of suicide. But joys questioned him about it, and he said he was talking to fishes. Cool
David wanted a pink(or was it silver?) flower hairpin. He told us to approach weiyan or shunji. Apparently he was hinting that he wanted them to buy it for him la. We asked alex, who brushed it off. Sad life,sad life. Then weiyan, who ignored us. But zhiwei almost did 0_o
Had the hokkien service to pray for mission trippers going to udon thani. Did not understand anything. The guy used the word 'lang' 9 times. Gladys informed me that 'lang' meant people.
A girl and a guy tried to sell liying jacelyn and I nachos. But we were full. They said it was not filling. I said," when you are full and continue eating, its called gluttony. And gluttony is a sin." The guy said," But its very little, it wont matter." I replied,"Yeah thats what satan always tells me." It left both of them speechless.
The girl came back again, trying to sell cookies. "These are not as filling as the previous one." I replied," Cookies= carbos-fats"half laughing. She walked off with a huff =( Sorry hor girl and guy =(
Liying and I noticed that a guy looked like faith, chio mah.
And i just noticed that ichigo looked like another guy =.=
People give either "I'm looking for my friend" or "I'll come back later" when they want you to buzz off and stop bugging them with your products. Or they make you waste your saliva then say 'no'
Distant relatives over- endless bugging+ judging+being nosey= murder case.

That sums up most of the day. I tried packing for mission trip. TRIED. Growls. Turns out we will be washing our clothes there so... we dont have to pack that many stuff.

I made my meimei cry today, just because I told ~~him~~ her that ~~his~~ hair was not really nice.

Awoke to my brother's coughing. Checked the time. Six freaking forty nine. GROWLS. Tried to go back to sleep, but couldnt. Got out of bed at 7.15. Had breakfast, than started psychoing online.

Bliddy 852 driver saw me but didnt slow down yesterday. Rahs. I was already late and this stupid 852 just had to ignore me. ROARRR! 170 came later, and I boarded a bus full of people heading to malaysia/or coming back from. I seriously dunno.

Arrived at church, went up to third level, went pass the first room, heard strains of the guitar. My group didnt have a guitarist, so confirm not my group. Went down the corridor. Nope, another team was in the room. Then to cantontist hall. No signs of living there. So I went back down the corridor. And opened the door to the first room. My team and yaode's team was there. Complete with weiyan playing the guitar =.=

After singing songs, we went back to skits. Guess what? Turns out to be, I'm still the kid! Hiphip, HURRAY! Hip hip, HURRAY! =.= And I have to fall down twice. TWICE. My role is the most difficult one in the skit la. Act gay, prance around, knock into guy, fall down, cry. =.=

I shall follow ruth and make up a list of what to do during the holidays. Or what you can do during the 5x2 days when I'm not here. There will be a group gathering at woodbridge, and drinks shall be on changyen.

Put hair conditioner on your eyebrows
Call the pizza hut hotline(62353535, i think) and ask for marshmallows and gummy worms on your pizza.
Shove coke light and mentos down the teacher you hate most's throat.
Try calling the police(999) an say slowly," Hello. I have no friends. Would you want to be my friend?"
French manicure fingernails and toenails of the people around you(this includes guys). Remember. Purple and green.
Smear red streaks on your face with poster colour. Take a knife and go around whispering to yourself.
Pretend that you have an invisible twin. Talk to him/her
Run through orchard road yelling,"I am the king of the jungle!*tarzan cry*"
Buy famous amos cookies. Ask the cashier if they were made of real amoses.
Enter a library. Start singing gwen stanfanie's wind it up.
Go to chinatown, little india, kampongglam. Exclaim," OOHH KAWAII MEH!" at every person you see.
Shout "water is the breeding ground of mosquitoes" to a certain somebody on msn. x)
Melt chocolate over the stove. Try coating your hand with it.
Make a wax cast of your face. Paint it neon green and give it to your 'favourite' teacher as a christmas present.
Go to orchard road in your powerpuff girl costume. If people look at you say," Bubbles! Blossom!Buttercup! Unite!" And hum the ppg theme song. While you're at it, make cardboard eyes.

Fund raising day!

Business wasnt as good as last week's though. Faced more rejection, and my legs were aching like siao. Thank goodness liying turned up. I was supposed to morning call munkidd at 7. I called him at 7.40, 8.40,9.20 and he still couldnt wake up! Growls.

I saw my chinese teacher. P5 chinese teacher. She didnt buy anything =( I know I was the troublemaker in her class. Not my fault I HATE chinese that much yeah? I know I rarely pass up homework. Do you have to do this to me? ='(

Nevermind. We have to raise 30k by next week leh =X Nevermind. God will provide. Maybe some rich tycoon will come in and give the car washers a 50k tip. Wahahhahahaah.

Went to cousin's house after that, then sent one cousin to army camp.I think it was at lim chu kang. =\ Awfully peaceful sleeping next to graveyards eh?

Polished my boots! Found out how to polish my boots ler.

Wash surface of boots with soap. Get dust off.
Open cap of kiwi (I take 5 minutes to do it.Its impossible la.)
Fill it with water.
Put your itunes on shuffle mode(yes I polish my boots in my room, i no longer do it out in the open)
Wrap cloth around two fingers.
Slick kiwi over it
Drench it with water.
Polish boots it circles, spend the time of 1 song on one area. Punk rock works the best. No slow songs please.
Do not put kiwi, use water,water and more water.

Somebody tell me why only my right boot manages to shine.

Went to church with kiwi caked under my indew and middle fingernail. And at the busstop, it started raining =.= Thank God for 170. Water cascaded down the overhead bridge like a foutian, cute xD. For the first time, the wind did not mess up my hair. The rain did. =.= I was like, soaked.

Started off practicing skits. Finalized. Zhiwei will play God, Shunji as satan. Meiyee as eve and munkidd as adam.
Then alex as boy, gladys as girl(yes they have to hold hands. muahaha) Shunji as God. Alex is such a joker. He was meant to pick up a flower, sniff it, then give it to gladys(aww). But he ended up sniffing it as if he was snifing glue. lmao.

Then at 6.20 had dinner at mcdonalds. Grilled chicken folderover. Did not finish fries and milo.Gave like, 7/8 fries to munkidd. People reading this please keep me in prayer. I have been vomiting even though I have not eaten or if I ate every little. In total I vomitted 3 times today. First time was at church, when I did not even eat anything at all. Second time was after dinner, before mass gathering. Third happened a minute ago. Gosh =( I hope this will end pretty soon, considering that I have been at this for around 3 weeks already. My stomach isnt getting any food =
Weird, there is always a sense of peace after I puke. I always feel calm.

17/11

Thai lesson was much lighter and more enjoyable today. I think it was because hongzhang was sitting rather far from me. Thank God.

Learnt two skits. First skit was about the fall of mankind. Shunji played satan(its really hilarious), zhiwei as God, Gladys as eve, david as adam. Those who played satan had to behave like monkies. Satans: Weekiat, liangzhi, weiyan(aka hongzhang's beloved) and I didnt really notice the others. So while the satans were at work, all sorts of weird actions came out. Moonwalking? The squidward thingy. Ya.

Second skit,good deeds verses salvation.Good person, alfred. Bad person, munkidd. Kid,sadly, me. Old man, gladys. Angel, joys. Christian, shunji. Satan? zhiwei. Or the guy who throws alfred out.

Sadly, the kid has to act GAY. Gay as in happy, not gay,erm,as in homosexual. So I have to skip about,act gay and bump into alfred. Other groups were still dicussing, so most of them were looking at me acting gay. After bumping into alfred, I had to fall. Alfred is supposed to help me and give me a sweet.

Then Gladys enters scene. Alfred being the good guy and all that, helps her carry her bag.

Then I enter the scene again, once again, acting gay. Then I bump into munkidd. He stepped on my toe. (Not in script) Really fell down. Then he was supposed to keep pushing me and whatever. Then I try to run away. He pushes me down again. I really fall down again. Then he takes me sweet and run of. I limp off clutching my toe. And have I told you that I was supposed to cry everytime I bumped into somebody? Then I noticed, MY TOE WAS BLEEEDING. Eh munkidd, you are really too violent ler =( Not stepping on my toe la, dont push me so hard PLEASEEE. I really fell lor =(

Then gladys meets munkidd. And munkidd robs gladys =O

Later, btoh alfred and munkidd meets aat a busstop. Christian shares the gospel, alfred doesnt recieve Christ, but munkidd does. Bus jerks,munkidd helps shunji up.

Bus mets with an accident, they DIE.*Cues thunder* Good person walks towards gates of heaven, confident. ALAS. The name alfred is not in there. Zhiwei throws alfred out. Munkidd nervously appoaches the angel, and to his joy, he finds his name.

Woke up and didnt feel like going to lot1. Reindeers dont look good in neoprints. Was ready by 3.10. Waited for my father, then found out that hewas angry and didnt want to send me to church =.= So took a bus there lor =(

There was a guy playing with a penknife at the busstop, scarryyy. Reached church at 3.35. Stupid bus took so long to come. Till now I dont know if i can take 170 to church. I think I had to wait around 15 mins for the bus. Growls. Walked up the overheadbridge, and a nice,long,strong gust of wind messed up my hair. Went to basement to have cell, shocked by zealot. They were singing han nam mer raow. Therefore being justified in thai. Greeted warmly by them. And they informed me that my cell group was 'there'. With my brain clogged up with flu, I didnt know what they meant. Just looked blur-ly at them. I noticed I've been using the blur look pretty often. Open eyes bigbig. Say nothing. Not acting cute hor. Acting cute and being blur is different. Wanna know how to act cute? Look for changyen.

Then went to service. Drank a 98 degress milo, which I didnt know until jacelyn told me. Rudoplh was not very hyper today. SHOO FLU BUG SHOO! Felt dizzy all the time =(

Dinner, not appitite. So played with my food. Drank hot milo again, then used the cup, filled it with the food I couldnt finish, and made rice castle. Thank goodness everybody had finished with their food. I noticed something, whether I finish my food or not, I'm still the last 0_o Rice castle was not as disgusting as what happened yesterday, Choco-fries shake. Delicious milo with french fries, quater filet o fish burger, coke,a packet of garlic chili sauce, some mayonise and SHAKE! TADA! Choco fries shake!

Eh, the drowsy flu medicine I took just now is taking its toil on me. I had to retype the word 'drowsy' 6 times. I have fund raising tomorrow, come surport youth impact ok? Till then =)

p.s.: tried my brother's jellybeans just now. Popcorn flavour was the weirdest, there's candy floss and bubble gum flavour as well. There's alot la. Even cinnamon 0_o

Had a competition at IMM yesterday. Growls. Couldnt wake up. Left the house at 8. Reached school at 8.15. The day before I left house at 7.30. Reached school at 8. ????? seriously!

By the end of the competition,we were pretty much bored. Hj put a plastic bag over his robot and used it to scare random passersby. We were laughing like mad. After which feilicia,clara and I went to daiso, and I saw the shuaiest 3 or 4 year old guy there.Liying should have been there. She would share my sentiments as well =)

On the way back, a girl in front of me was eating mcdonalds chilil sauce from the packet 0.o After recieving stares from another passenger wearing a FCUK shirt(i think), she stopped. When she got up to leave, I realised that se was holding a white plastic bag. Not a mcdonalds one, so it couldnt have been take away. And when she alighted, she started on her third packet of chili sauce. Freeaakkyy.

Went to church, and tried out my shirt size. So my team members are Joys the leader. Stephen the asst leader. Zhiwei the accountant? shunji(?) prayer IC. Gladys I think transport ic. Meiyee I cant remember. Munkidd the worship IC. Alfred as admin IC. king david as red cross ic. Orwhatever you call it. Its funny what joys said. "You can go beg steal or borrow from the bb store." Exactly what Ms chua likes to say. Alex as the ~~talkative one and 'how to destroy your leader' IC~~ as photographer(which he had to whine to get) and accomodation IC. He's in charge of killing cockroaches =)
